General Session (Two Available)
This is your opportunity to get in front of the general conference population to introduce either the Thursday Afternoon Closing session speaker or the Friday Morning Opening Session speaker with a two minute sponsor pitch. Both sessions are open to the complete conference audience.
Southern Region Awards Ceremony (Exclusive)
The Southern Region Awards Ceremony luncheon is attended by additional Silver Quill Award winners as well as conference participants. Your company spokesperson will open the Awards Ceremony and introduce the Luncheon Keynote Speaker.

The conference Opening Welcome Reception is held on Wednesday evening to open the conference. It is usually a fun event that allows attendees to meet and great one another. The Summit is a mini-conference held on Wednesday prior to the start of the conference offering leadership training and development to Southern Region chapter leaders. This educational sponsorship will scholarship leaders, enabling more to attend. You can make welcome remarks at the Leadership Summit and provide your own signage at the summit promoting your company and sponsorship.
